Cinnamon Roll
Cinnamon Bun, Sweet Roll, Cinnamon Swirl and Cinnamon Snail is a sweet pastry served commonly in Northern Europe and North America. It consists of a rolled sheet of dough onto which a cinnamon and sugar mixture and raisins or chopped grapes are sprinkled over a thin coat of dough which is then rolled, cut into individual portions, and baked. In North America, cinnamon rolls are frequently topped with icing. In northern Europe, nib sugar is often used instead of icing. Comparable to the cinnamon roll is the honey bun, which is part of the donut family
Swiss Bagels
A bagel is a bread product, traditionally shaped by hand into the form of a ring from yeasted wheat dough, roughly hand-sized, which is first boiled for a short time in water and then baked. The result is a dense, chewy, doughy interior with a browned and sometimes crisp exterior. Bagels are often topped with seeds baked on the outer crust, with the traditional ones being poppy or sesame seeds. Some also may have salt sprinkled on their surface, and there are also a number of different dough types such as whole-grain or rye
Focaccia
is a flat oven-baked Italian bread which may be topped with herbs or other ingredients. It is related to pizza, but not considered to be the same. Focaccia is popular in Italy and is usually seasoned with olive oil and salt, and sometimes herbs, and may be topped with onion, cheese and meat, or flavored with a number of vegetables. In ancient Rome, panis focacius was a flat bread baked in the ashes of the fireplace. The word is derived from the Latin focus meaning “centre” and also “fireplace” the fireplace being in the centre of the house
Multi Grain
Whole wheat is a marketing term that is basically meaningless. Most flour is made from wheat so is in-fact whole wheat flour unless some other grain flour has been added such as rye, oats, corn, potato or other possible flours have been added. Whole grain is lower on the glycemic scale than whole wheat making it slower to be digested and absorbed, thus may be a better choice for diabetics and people interested in weight loss. Because whole grain is less processed than whole wheat it may retain more of it's original vitamins and fiber than the more processed flours used to make whole wheat and other breads
